[Patch] doc: Rack::Mime rdocs reference the wrong methods

The rdocs for Rack::Mime talk about Rack::Utils.mime_type('.foo') and Rack::Utils::MIME_TYPES when it should be: Rack::Mime.mime_type('.foo') and Rack::Mime::MIME_TYPES
The updated code is at http://github.com/dscataglini/rack/
I'll send a pull request.
