[PATCH] Rack::Request memoization

Rack::Request should be memoized in the environment hash it's given so that subsequent calls to Rack::Request.new won't have to recalculate the same data to reduce the cost of numerous instantiations.
Just adding a ticket here to complement the email discussion going on (started by Yehuda Katz/wycats).
