[PATCH] Auth::Digest with MethodOverride won't authenticate

I've got a patch to make MethodOverride + Auth::Digest play well together.
Basically, if you used MethodOverride then Auth::Digest failed to verify the method (since MethodOverride changed it).
The patch lets Auth::Digest look at the original method (instead of always looking at the default header).
It includes a spec for testing too.
