[PATCH] Incorrect documentation for nginx for Rack::Sendfile

The documentation for configuring nginx to work with Rack::Sendfile is incorrect. Some of the syntax is wrong and there's one typo (a missing semicolon).
I wasted some time on this as everything in my config file looked correct, but wasn't. This patch fixes the config example.
