GlassFish server should appear in the list of supported web servers

As discussed at rack-devel google group, http://groups.google.com/group/rack-devel/browse_thread/thread/9a16....
Basically GlassFish is fully rack compliant and includes a Rack handler by default. http://rack.rubyforge.org/doc/ should include GlassFish in the list of servers supporting Rack, under "Supported web servers".
